I’m proud to serve Palo Alto on its City Council.

Since my election to the Council in 2000, I’ve worked hard to
stay in touch with my constituents. I believe in an “open door”
policy for all our citizens, whether individuals, neighborhood
associations or businesses.

Balancing the needs of all our citizens is difficult. But it is
much easier when I know what you believe and what you want
done. Hardly a day goes by that I don’t hear from our residents
or commercial citizens about what they see for Palo Alto.

We in Palo Alto face many challenges but also have
opportunities to improve our town and our lives. I’d like your
thoughts and ideas on how to improve what we have and how
to leave Palo Alto a better place for those that follow us.
